Harbour Meadows – Mullingar
Harbour Meadows is a new housing estate in Mullingar developed by Bhric Óig, designed to offer modern, stylish homes within a well-planned community. Our role was to create high-quality visual assets that would seamlessly integrate with the development’s branding and website. By delivering graphical plans and photorealistic CGI renders, we helped enhance the marketing materials and provide prospective buyers with a clear vision of their future homes.
Scope/Brief
The client required visually engaging materials to showcase the different house types within the Harbour Meadows development. These assets needed to align with the brand identity of the estate and integrate smoothly into the website. Our task was to produce both graphical site plans and high-quality 3D renders to provide potential buyers with a realistic representation of the homes.
Our Approach
We began by creating graphical plans using the development’s brand colours to maintain a cohesive look across all marketing materials. These plans were designed to be clear, easy to read, and visually appealing, ensuring they would fit seamlessly into the website
Next, we moved on to the creation of CGIs for each house type. Using 3ds Max, we meticulously modelled the homes to accurately represent their architectural details. We then applied realistic textures and materials before rendering them in Corona Renderer, ensuring a high level of detail, natural lighting, and lifelike finishes. The result was a series of stunning, photorealistic images that effectively showcased the development.
The Result
The final assets included high-quality graphical plans and CGIs, which were integrated into the Harbour Meadows website and marketing materials. These visuals played a key role in promoting the estate, giving potential buyers a detailed and immersive preview of the homes available.
