IDA Ireland
IDA Ireland engaged us to produce high-quality CGIs to support the marketing and sale of a future industrial building within an IDA business park in Ireland. The visuals enabled prospective overseas investors and companies to understand the proposal and clearly communicate the intended design, materials, massing, and overall aesthetic.
Scope/Brief
Our client requested aerial and eye-level external photomontages, interior CGIs, and 3D floor plans to showcase every aspect of the proposed development to potential buyers and investors.
Our Approach
We visited the site to capture photography for the external photomontages, recording full camera metadata and exact shooting locations. We then shared these with the client to select preferred images and viewpoints. Following approval, we modelled the proposed building in 3D, applied materials and finishes, matched each photograph’s lighting and perspective, and composited the model into the selected shots. We also modelled the interiors and produced CGIs of the office floor plates and common areas, along with 3D floor plans for each floor and the reception.
Result
We delivered two external photomontage views, three 3D floor plans, and one interior CGI of the office area, giving potential buyers and investors a clear, realistic picture of the development. These assets supported the client’s sales and marketing efforts.
