IDA Mullingar

Our client requested a complete suite of visual assets for a proposed construction project in Mullingar, including aerial and eye-level external photomontages, interior CGIs, and 3D floor plans. The objective was to showcase every aspect of the proposed development to potential buyers and international investors, clearly communicating the intended design, materials, massing, and overall aesthetic.

Our workflow focused on precision and photorealism, utilising our established process for IDA business park developments:

1. Site Photography: We visited the Mullingar site to capture high-resolution photography for the external photomontages, carefully recording full camera metadata and exact shooting locations.
2. Viewpoint Selection: We shared the captured site context with the client to select the most impactful images and viewpoints for the final deliverables.
3. Modelling & Compositing: Following approval, we modelled the proposed building in 3D, applied exact materials and finishes, matched each photograph’s lighting and perspective, and seamlessly composited the 3D model into the selected site shots.
4. Interior Visualisation: We also modelled the interiors to produce high-quality CGIs of the office floor plates and common areas, alongside clear 3D floor plans for each level and the reception area.

We delivered a premium suite of visual assets, including external photomontage views, 3D floor plans, and interior CGIs, giving potential buyers and investors a clear, highly realistic picture of the Mullingar development. These compelling visualisations successfully bridged the gap between concept and reality, directly supporting the client’s overseas sales and marketing efforts.
