The client required an engaging set of visual assets to present their upcoming development programme to stakeholders and the community. The deliverables included:

1. Looping Video: A continuous, sweeping fly-around animation of the proposed rugby club grounds to visually communicate the five-year masterplan.
2. Still CGIs: A series of photorealistic images specifically highlighting key new amenities, including:
   • The new clubhouse viewing deck.
   • A state-of-the-art 5G rugby pitch.
   • The new walking track surrounding the pitches.
   • A dedicated, modern training facility.

Our workflow was tailored to capture both the grand scale of the development and the specific details of the new facilities:

1. Masterplan Modelling: We began by translating the club’s five-year plan into a comprehensive 3D model, accurately mapping out the new pitches, tracks, and buildings within the existing site context.
2. CGI Composition: For the still images, we strategically placed cameras to capture the best angles of the new viewing deck, 5G pitch, walking track, and training facility, applying realistic textures, lighting, and landscaping to bring the spaces to life.
3. Animation Pathway: We designed a smooth, continuous camera path around the entire 3D site, ensuring the looping video would provide a seamless and engaging fly-through for continuous playback during presentations or events.
4. Refinement and Rendering: Following client feedback, we refined the materials and environmental details before executing the final high-definition renders for both the stills and the video.
