Scope / Brief
The client, MCORM, required a dual-purpose visualisation package for a development in Lucan. The deliverables included:
- Verified Views: A series of Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) strictly adhering to planning guidelines to demonstrate the visual impact of the proposed development.
- Presentation CGIs: Two premium, photorealistic exterior renders designed to showcase the aesthetic and architectural intent of the project.
Our Approach
Our workflow was split into two distinct phases to cater to the strict technical requirements of planning and the creative demands of presentation:
- Presentation CGI Development: Utilising the 3D models created for the verified views, we transitioned into architectural visualisation software.
- Creative Detailing: We applied high-quality materials, dynamic lighting, and realistic landscaping to bring the two presentation shots to life.
- Review and Finalisation: Following client review, the final presentation images were polished to ensure maximum visual impact.

We provided MCORM with a robust set of visualisations that successfully served two critical project phases.
